Setting Up An Account

Changing Account Details

To change any details about your account go you your profile menu in the top rigth and click profile settings you can then change your account details.

Change Password

To change any details about your account go you your profile menu in the top rigth and click profile settings you can then change your password, you will then be sent an email to reset your password

Feedback

If you have an account you can leave feedback on any items you have brought by going to your orders in you profile and clicking on an order then on write review. You can also view your feedback in your account profile by clicking the feedback tab.

Order History

If you have an account you view your order history by going to your history in you profile.

Business Accounts

Setting Up An Account

If you not have an account you can simply go click the avatar in the top right and click "register", the filling the details and sign up, you will then need to verify your email address. Once that is done you can setup your payment details if you wish to buy or sell. If your company is based in the UK you can use your company number to auto complete you company details, if not you will need to do it manually.

Changing Account Details

With a business account each indiviual user is responsible for changing their own account details. If any help is needed, you will need to submit a request to Elaza.
