How to Sell

To initiate the selling process on Elaza, ensure you have an active account. Once signed in, access your account menu by clicking the avatar in the upper right corner, then select 'Sell Item.'

How to get paid

After a successful sale, through 'Buy Now', the buyer will be charged, and applicable fees will be deducted. Following this, it's your responsibility to either ship the item to the buyer or arrange for its collection. Once this process is completed, the funds will be transferred to your account. While this transfer is typically immediate, please allow up to 48 hours for bank processing times

Sell Internationally

Expand your reach by selling items internationally. Your items can be discovered by buyers in your country or globally (with associated charges). You'll receive the listed amount for your item, minus fees. Exchange rate fees are borne by the buyer, ensuring you receive the full listed amount; these rates are determined by the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.

Listing an Item

Create a listing

To initiate a listing, access your account menu by clicking the top-right avatar and choose "Sell Item." Enter your item details, set the desired price, and consider additional options like "Feature Product." Note that selecting extra features incurs charges, payable before the listing becomes active. Opting for no extras ensures a free listing.

Selling Limits

Your account type dictates specific monthly limits on listed items. For individual users, a cap of 30 free listings applies per month. Any items relisted due to non-sale count as new listings. Business accounts should refer to their plan details for specific information.

Ending a listing

Listings conclude at midnight (GMT time) after a predetermined duration, typically 7 or 14 days, depending on your listing preference.

Selling Fees

Fees For private sellers

Private sellers enjoy free listings for up to 30 items per month. A commission is applied solely upon the successful sale of your listing. You also have the flexibility to include optional extras, each incurring its respective charge.

Imports & Exports

Elaza doesn't directly engage in imports or exports. Consequently, any charges or issues related to these matters must be resolved directly between you, the buyer/seller, and the chosen distribution company.

When configuring delivery options for your listing, choose from pre-listed delivery companies, opt for collection only, or arrange your own delivery. If you prefer manual delivery management, provide a tracking number and specify the company name used for the order.

Returns & Refunds

How to handle returns

Returns policies are contingent on your account type. Individual sellers can select a "No Return" policy upon sale, relieving them of the obligation to accept returns. However, in the event of a dispute, payment may be temporarily delayed until the matter is resolved.

Feedback

Responding to feedback

To reply to received reviews, go to your account menu, select "Profile," and navigate to the "Feedback" tab. Click on the specific review to craft a courteous response, expressing gratitude and addressing any concerns professionally. Your responses contribute to a positive selling environment on Elaza.
