Elaza is a marketplace that allows companies and individual users to buy and sell products.
While Elaza may provide pricing, postage, listing and other guidance as part of our services, such guidance is solely informational and any individual or business can decide to follow it or not. Elaza does not review user content or listings. Elaza from time may facilitate the resolution of disputes through various means, Elaza has no control over, nor gaurantees the existence, quality, safety or legality of any items advertised; or the accuracy of any user content, listings or feedback; ability of seller to sell; ability of buy to pay; or that a buyer and/or seller will complete a transaction or return item.
Elaza may also provide the ability to hire a technician or company to value and/or verify your listings, however Elaza does not guarantee the usefulness or sale of item upon verification. Additionally Elaza does not cover the quality of work provided by third-parties or any damages that may have occured as the result of any third-parties.
Elaza does not keep possession of any items listed and/or sold via the platform, and is not involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. The contract for the sale is made directly between the buyer and seller.

If you have registered with Elaza as a business entity or on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity. If you are trading as a business, ou must comply with all applicabale laws relating to online trading.
You agree that Elaza will commence supplying our service(s) to you as soon as this User Agreement is accepted. This agreement can be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation aand Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Elaza may recoup the cost of any services provided up to the point of cancellation.
Elaza maintains the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long period of time, or modify our services.
Additionally Elaza reserves the right to vary or terminate any and all of our services and.or not provide all or part of our services to anyone for any reason and/or any period of time, at our own discretion.
You agree not to engage in any activities that violate our policies, infringe upon the rights of others, or disrupt the normal functioning of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
