Buying Items

To make a purchase, just click either the 'Buy Now' or 'Place Bid' button on the item you're interested in. Subsequently, you'll be directed to a checkout screen to verify your order. Please remember that an Elaza account is necessary for placing bids.

Buying as a Guest

As a guest, you're unable to bid on items; however, you can still purchase items labeled as 'Buy Now.' Just click on the item, and you'll be directed to the checkout screen. Complete the form with your payment information and finalize your order.

Shopping Basket

If you find an item intriguing but aren't prepared to make a purchase for any reason, you can place it in your basket if you're a registered user. This enables you to resume your order at a later time. However, if the listing you added to your basket expires for any reason, the item won't be available when you decide to proceed with your order.

How Bidding Works

The bidding process operates based on the principle of the highest bid securing the win. Auction-listed items allow bids to be placed within a specified timeframe. When this time elapses, the highest bid prevails, unless a reserve price has been set. If the highest bidder is unable to make the payment, the next highest bidder will be declared the auction winner.

Retracting a bid

Once a bid has been placed, it's irreversible, and you will be required to either fulfill your bid with payment or be outbid by another user.

Auto Bidding

We've introduced an automated bidding feature for Elaza Account holders. When you're preparing to place a bid, you can activate the auto bid option and establish your maximum bidding threshold. Our system will automatically place bids on your behalf whenever you're outbid, continuing until either your limit is reached or you emerge as the auction's winner.

Set a bidding limit

To ensure that you stay within your desired budget, you can establish a bidding limit. By doing this, you can click the bid button, and the bidding won't exceed your preset limit. This feature can also be utilized alongside the auto-bid option.

Payments

Payment for 'Buy Now' listings is processed during the checkout process using the provided details. For auction listings, payment is automatically collected upon the auction's conclusion.

Contacting Paypal

If your payment for an item has been made through PayPal, kindly reach out to PayPal for any inquiries regarding your payment.

Paying with Credit or Debit Card

You can add a credit card or debit card to your Elaza account, or you can enter the details during the guest checkout process.

Postage & Tracking

Tracking an Item

If you're an Elaza account holder, you can track the delivery status of applicable orders from your account profile. Click the avatar image in the top right corner, then access the 'Track Order' option.

Postage rates

Elaza doesn't directly manage delivery services. Delivery costs and times are contingent on the purchased item and the chosen delivery provider.

Change delivery details

You have the flexibility to modify your delivery address in your account profile at any time. However, please note that updates might not affect ongoing orders.

Access your order history by navigating to your account profile and selecting the "Listings" tab.

Elaza Order Number

Each order comes with a unique order number consisting of 12-16 characters, beginning with 'EL.' Locate this number on your order summary in your account profile's 'Orders' tab.

Your Watchlist

For Elaza account holders signed in, swiftly add items to your watchlist by clicking the heart icon atop an item or using the "Add to Watchlist" button on the listing page. To view your watchlist, access your account profile from the top right corner.

Feedback

Leaving Feedback

If you possess an account, you can leave feedback and a rating for any user or company you've made purchases from. Visit your order details via your account profile and click the 'Write a Review' button/icon.

Changing Feedback

You're able to edit feedback you've provided at any time. Head to your account profile, select 'Reviews,' and click the edit icon beside the review you wish to modify.

Seller Ratings

Sellers receive ratings on a scale of 0 to 5, and the displayed rating is the average across all received ratings.
