Private Seller Fees
List items for free, pay commision on sale. Listing an auction item is charged. Other fees may apply if you add optional extras to your listing, or if your lisitng sells or ships to a different country.
Lisitng Fees
Private Sellers can list items for free on Elaza. After you have used your monthly allocation of 30 free listings (more if you have a store), you will be charged 35p for each new listing. However if you listing an item as an aution there is a lisitng fee of 35p with no free allocation per month,
Fees on sale
You pay one final fee on sale of your listing, this includes payment processing fees.
The final value fees is calculated at 8% of the total amount of sale (this includes price, postage, taxes and other application fees), plus a fixed charge of 25p per order. If the value of the listing is over £5,000.00 you will pay a 8% upto the value of £5,000.00, and 5% on anything over £5,000.00.
An order is defined as any number of items purchased from the same buyer at checkout with the same shipping method.
All fees are deducted automatically from your sales proceeds and the rest is paid to your bank account.
If your item doesn't sell you usually won't pay a any sale fees. However, if you offer or reference your contact information to another user or ask a buyer for their contact information, in the context of buying or selling outside of Elaza, we charge will then charge a sale fee for introducing you to a new buyer/seller.

You may pay a fee on sale via 'Buy Now', or you do have the option to list your item commision free, but for a monthly fee: See below

Dispute Fees
If you are found to be at fault within a dispute, you may incur charges of up to £20 for each dispute.
Other Fees
Here are some other fees we may charge or are included in the sale fee.
- All fees include 20% VAT
- If you use a serivce via Elaza for printing postage labels this fee will be charged.
- Optional extras are charged per listing, and are non-refundable.
- If any payments fail or your account becomes overdue, Elaza reserves the right to suspend or close your account.
- There may be cases where your listing does not appear, it may take up to 24hours for your listing to display.
